Nutrient-packed herbal tea to aid recovery from illness.
Ingredients: Alfalfa Leaf, Oat Straw, Nettle Leaf, Rasberry Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Rose Hips
Usage: Pour one cup of just-boiled water over 1-2 tablespoons of tea and steep for 8 hours or overnight. Strain well and consume within 24 hours. Add honey as desired. Feel free to make larger quantity by steeping one cup of herbs in a quart jar filled with just-boiled water overnight. Keep in the refrigerator to drink throughout the day.
