Nursing Balm

Use as needed to soothe and protect skin, particularly nipples that are sore and tender from nursing.

Hormone Synergy – 10ml roller

Ingredients: Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Bergamot, and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil

Use on pulse points and across abdomen for best results.

 

Lactation Tea  8 oz.

Ingredients:  Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, alfalfa leaf, fenugreek seed, chamomile flowers, dandelion leaf, Dried Ginger, and fennel seed,

Usage: To 2 cups of water, add 1-2 tablespoons of tea and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain well and enjoy. Feel free to make larger quantities (A gallon of water to ½ cup of herbs) and keep in the refrigerator to drink throughout the day.

 

Postpartum Bath Soak 8 oz.

Ingredients:  Comfrey leaf, calendula leaf, lavender flowers, uva ursi leaf, sage leaf, epsom salt, dried rose petals

Usage: Add I ounce (handful) of mixture to sachet, tie well, and place in tub while hot water is running. Allow to steep at least 5 minutes and enjoy. Save the bag for later use.

 

•Raspberry BUD Tea

Ingredients: Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Dried Ginger, Hibiscus flower, Rose Hips

Usage: Pour one cup of just-boiled water over 1-2 tablespoons of tea and steep for 15-30 minutes (or 8 hours to overnight for a super infusion). Strain well and enjoy. Feel free to make larger quantities (8 cups of water to ½ cup of tea) and keep in the refrigerator to drink throughout the day. Consume within 24 hours.
