Who can sign up to be a wholesaler with Lumbee Outfitters?

How do I sign up?

Create an account with Lumbee Outfitters. Reach out to us to get confirmed as a wholesale account.  

What are the purchasing requirements for wholesalers?

Wholesale orders have a $200 minimum. 

What is the wholesale discount?

Currently, our wholesale discount is negotiated with each vendor. 

How do I place an order?

After being confirmed as a wholesaler, we will email an order form. Email the form back to your wholesale rep and we will process the order.

What is the shipping cost?

Local vendors will receive free delivery as long as it within 50 miles. Shipping out of our area is based on the size of the order by UPS standards.

When will my products arrive?

For items that we have on hand, fulfillment should take only 2-3 business days. In order to fulfill large orders, however, we will have to restock which creates a lead time usually of 7-10 days. We will reach out to you about your order if that is the case.

Due to COVID, our hat and knife vendors have been extremely backed up. We will do our best to fulfill from our inventory, but, in the case that we can't, the lead times can be 3-6 weeks.
